Refunds depend on fare rules and airline authorization
Before ticketing, requests can usually be withdrawn without an airline refund cycle. After ticketing, refund eligibility follows the booked fare conditions and supplier rules.
Refund timelines
After the airline confirms refund approval, most card refunds are processed within 7-21 business days. Banking timelines may vary by card issuer.
Airline versus agency responsibility
Airline refund eligibility, penalty amounts, and fare-rule outcomes are controlled by the airline. V Group Ventures submits requests, tracks updates, and communicates outcomes to you.
Processing and service fees
Applicable supplier penalties, fare differences, or service handling fees may be deducted where permitted. Any chargeable fee is communicated during request processing.
Non-refundable and partially refundable fares
Some fare classes do not qualify for cash refunds and may only offer travel credit. Partially refundable fares may return the remaining amount after applicable deductions.
