Cancellation Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Cancellation windows
- Requests submitted within 24 hours of ticket issuance are reviewed under the applicable airline fare rules and US DOT requirements when eligible.
- After 24 hours, cancellation terms depend on the fare class and airline policy linked to your ticket.
- Some promotional and basic fares are fully non-refundable and may only allow partial credit, if any.
Ticket-type rules
- Non-refundable tickets generally include higher cancellation penalties and may return airline credit instead of cash.
- Partially refundable tickets may deduct airline penalties before any remaining value is returned.
- Flexible fares usually carry lower penalties but still follow published supplier rules.
Agency and airline responsibility
- Airline penalties, taxes, and refund decisions are controlled by the airline and global distribution systems.
- V Group Ventures processes your request and communicates timelines, available credit, and final outcomes.
- If a service assistance fee applies to your booking workflow, this fee may be non-refundable once processing starts.
